Christophe Lautrette //
Production designer, character designer, layout

Christophe Lautrette is a visual development artist from France currently working at DreamWorks Animation Studios in Los Angeles. He is also the main contributor to the first publication of the Artbook : “Moonshine”.
DreamWorks’ first personal art publication, Moonshine, was conceived as an opportunity to highlight the breath of artistic development talent at the studio. The Artistic Development department championed the project and partnered with Production Designer, Christophe Lautrette and Art Director, Pierre-Olivier Vincent to co-edit the book.
Sylvain Deboissy //

Born near Paris in 1967.
I did the Gobelins animation school in 1987-1989.
I worked at Disney animation studio in Paris from 1989 to 1995 as an animator.
I worked at Bibo films studio from 1995 to 1998, as supervisor animator, storyboard artist and director.
Then I moved to Dreamworks, in 1998, as supervisor animator, character designer and storyboard artist.
I was character designer for « Surf’s Up" at Sony Pictures Animation studio in 2004 and worked on different projects like « Cloudy with a chance of meatballs » and « Hotel T ».
I went back to Dreamworks, in 2008, to work on « Megamind », « Puss in boots », « Neighbors from hell », and « Turbo ».
I recently worked as Freelance for Blue Sky studios and ReelFX that I am currently at.
I was inspired by french comic artists like Franquin and also my classmate and Colleagues.
I have decided to start a short film of my own as a director with the production compagny tigoboANIMATION based in France.
Reno ARMANET //
Director, designer, producer
Born in Marseille, France, Reno Armanet is a director, animator, music composer and well rounded artist in visual development. His 2 passions, drawing and music, help him express and balance this artist in everyday life.
Reno has created his own independent company: tigoboANIMATION. The studio is based in the beautiful town of Angoulême, France. The tigobo team is made up of artists located around the world that share the same independent spirit and passion for animation as Reno. With tigoboANIMATION, Reno develops his own animation projects including features, short films and TV series. To further his multilple talents, he also creates documentaries from around the world and live action films.
Reno has also lectured in multiple conferences and animation schools in France, notably the famous Gobelins and EMCA schools. These different teaching experiences pushed him to create his own school: tigoboSCHOOL, a project he sees more fitting with his ways, teaching animation with “passion”.
Reno is now directing several shorts films including “OA” and “Symhio”. He has collaborated with Pablo Navarro on the animation of “OA” and will continue this creative collaboration for the independent production of “Labyrinth”, a feature animation film.

Jason Spencer-Galsworthy //
Supervisor // Aardman - Dreamworks
Jason Spencer-Galsworthy is a former-stop expert from Aardman Animations in England, where he worked for eight years as a Character Animator on films such as Chicken Run and Curse Of The Were-Rabbit. He moved to the U.S.
In 2003 to cut his teeth in CG character animation at DreamWorks where he quickly became a supervisor. As such he worked on films including Flushed Away, Madagascar 2 and most recently Megamind; and in 2009 he co-headed the animation on the holiday special Merry Madagascar.
As one of DreamWorks’s key teaching assets for performance animation Jason worked part time as a Distinguished Scholar for San Jose State University in 2010 where he taught performance animation to the final year.
In 2011 he delivered a one month intensive ‘expert level’ training course in India. Presently he is working as a supervising animator on Madagascar 3 where he looks after a team of Animators and The Penguin’s.

Bill Perkins //

Art Director Disney During the last 25 years Bill has worked in the animation and film industry on over 26 films, TV shows, DVDs, short films, and video games. His involvement has ranged from art director, production designer, visual development, layout artist, to storyboard artist.
He began his career as a layout artist at Walt Disney Feature Animation on Oliver and Co. and continued on a string of hits Including: Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast, as lead layout on the critically acclaimed Rescuers Down Under Bill helped introduce a workbook process which embraced the new technologies, added to the cinematic impact visually, and streamlined the layout production process. As art director on Aladdin, Bill developed the first comprehensive style guide which unified the drawing style of the environments with the characters, to address the overall continuity and look of the film. He left Disney during Fantasia 2000 after co-art directing the Pines of Rome sequence.
1994, Bill moved on to do visual development and art direct for Warner bros. on Jam, visual development for DreamWorks on Shrek, and a production designer for ILM on Frankenstein. In 2001 Bill opened High Street Studio as an independent preproduction and design studio where he took on contract work with Disney studios on Brother Bear, and worked jointly with DNA Productions, on the Ant Bully, Character Builders, and Disneytoon studios on 101 Dalmatians, Patch’s’ London Adventure, Tarzan II, Brother Bear II, Tinkerbell, and Fox and the Hound II.
In 2005 he worked jointly with the 9th Ray Studio doing visual development, and storyboards, on live action projects such as Outlander (Ascendant Films), John Carter and the Princess of Mars, (Paramount version, unreleased) and The Spiderwick Chronicles (Paramount). In 2007 after finishing the visual development phase on Bolt, Bill returned to the Walt Disney Studio where he currently des visual development.
Pablo Navarro //
Director, senior animator// Filmax, Headless, tigoboANIMATION
Pablo Navarro is an Animation Director, Director and Senior Character Animator. He started his career at a very young age, as an autodidact. Professionally speaking his first job into animation was final line inker, after that he jumped little by little by all the positions within a production, until he became a lead animator and animation director.
Pablo’s approaches animation from two different sides, one very technical, where all the principles come together to help in the creation of movement, and another that involves acting and psychology. Like Pablo says “we have to manipulate the minds of the viewer to make them feel what we want them to feel”.
He has worked in a great number of feature films, mostly within Europe, as a Senior character Animator, and Animation Director. The most relevant are El Cid the Legend, Nocturna, Asterix and the Vikings, Planet 51, Donkey-xote between many others.
He has worked also in countless commercials and short films. Especially with the studio tigoboANIMATION, he worked on a 2D animation short film "OA" with Reno Armanet. This project was awarded by the Short Film Corner at Cannes Festival in 2009. Lately he had the pleasure in participate in an Animation book, titled Animation Insiders, he was invited to share his knowledge about animation processes and workflow, along with 12 of the most talented animators in nowadays.
Besides all this, Pablo is developing an animation feature film project of his own, from an original idea created by him. His current position is Animation Director for Filmax Animation upcoming project “Copito de Nieve” Snowflake the white gorilla.
